Bill went above and beyond to help us sell our parent’s home. He did solid research for pricing, held a broker open house when the listing went live and did many open houses. Bill always has a positive attitude, and makes the experience fun while making sure our interests were well represented. We live out of state and Bill would let me know if anything needed to be done so I could get it taken care of- even if he needed to open the house for work. He met our neighbors and forged friendships there too! He was patient with my asking questions and tossing out some ideas during the process. He walked us through several offers until the final offer we accepted. Our sale went through very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Bill is a gem. I used him to purchase my first house, and man did I get lucky. He made it happen. I was out of town for most of the process(moving from out of state), and he coordinated things with my local family member and was extremely communicative throughout the whole process with us. He scheduled showings when he was out of town, using his connections to get my family member the first showing (so I got a jump on the competition). He was on the ball with the sellers agent (very communicative), and I was able to outbid the first offer and win, with minutes to spare. After we went under contract, I had to dodge a storm in order to make it to the inspection (with few flights to choose from), and Bill was extremely communicative and definitely the expert when it came to scheduling inspectors / coordinating associated meetings with local contractors etc. He followed up with everything, routinely, and I had to do very little. The software he uses for signing forms was extremely easy to deal with, and made the whole process very convenient. I thought buying a house was hard from all the stories ive heard over the years???...with Bill it was the opposite!... extremely easy, convenient, pleasant, and fast! I was in my new house in about a month after putting my offer in. Ill never use another real estate agent again, Bill is awesome. Bill Means aka "Johnny on the Spot" was an amazing agent. A family member was helping me look(I was out of town, moving to the area) using zillow, which recommended him randomly. I didnt plan on using him, but after he showed my family member a few places, I realized that we lucked out with someone who was an extremely hard worker. He organized a fourth showing while he was out of town for family reasons, with one of his local contacts (another agent), and did all the back end work to make everything seamless. When I put in an offer, and got outbid by someone, he immediately called me and I was able to counter before the seller signed the other parties offer, and my counter offer was accepted (this would not have happened had he been slow to respond). During the inspection window, he was extremely communicative, as I was traveling from out of town, under tight timelines, just after a hurricane had hit Florida and flight cancelations were common. We worked through some things the inspection had discovered and closing was extremely easy. I had some extra paperwork specific to my situation that Bill completely took care of. My experience with Bill was way beyond my expectations and I will only be using him in the future. He worked hard to make the deal happen and made everything seamless. I highly recommend working with Bill.
