Bill was one of the first friendly faces we met moving to the US from Canada. He was thoughtful and patient explaining the process here for buying a house. He is extremely knowledgeable about the areas, helping us find a good neighbourhood and making us aware of city fees and taxes we would be subject to. Bill is extremely kind and someone you can lean on for any concerns you may have. Bill found the house we ended up purchasing and we couldn’t be happier! We selected Bill after interviewing 3-4 agents and were really glad and happy that we did. Bill is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, resourceful and responsive agent! My wife and I bought our first house recently and Bill was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated that from him, even thought it meant he could've closed the sale with us and moved on with his next client. After moving in to our new place for almost 2 months now, we still reach out to Bill with questions and advise but this time as a friend of the family rather than an agent.
