Will is the BEST real estate agent in Folsom, EDH and surrounding area. We were first time home buyer. Will has excellent construction, real estate knowledge, he explained us the overall process very well and guided us through out the home buying process. We had seen multiple homes before finalizing one, I must say will handled it very patiently and was always available to show a house or to answer all our queries. We never felt any pressure/force to make an offer. Will has vast experienced when it comes to negotiation or working with other seller agents/Lenders. When we found our home there were multiple offers however Will helped is win the offer within our budget. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. I would highly recommend William Scott to everyone I know.
