William is very professional and goes way above and beyond what other Realtors I’ve worked with have done. He did an excellent job with helping us with the listing price and timing in listing our house all because of his expertise of the market. He was very good about communicating with us the entire time and giving us updates. I hope to work with him again the future! I won’t hesitate on recommending him to anyone I know that needs a Realtor.

William and Kayla from Innovations made the process of getting my house ready to sell, putting it on the market, and closing the sale much more straightforward than I anticipated. They were honest and quick to respond to questions. Their vast knowledge of the area was very helpful.

We met William at an open house, we were so impressed that we retained him to find a house for us. He took great care of us, located a house that fit our needs, and helped with everything from negotiations to closing. We would certainly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of buying. 5 stars!

William listened to what our goals and needs were, helped in every way through the process and sold our home quickly. Great communication. Couldn’t ask for anything to be done better!

William was very helpful and informative when it came to my husband and I buying our first home. He went through everything in detail and checked in regularly to ensure we were finding homes that matched our wants/needs from the listings he was sending over and went above and beyond! We really enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, we will definitely use him when it comes time for our next move!

William was a very big help to my husband and I in finding our first home! He is very responsive and truly cares that you will end up in the right place, and is very detailed in explaining all the moving parts of purchasing a home especially for first timers. Our experience was great and we will definitely be using William for any other home buying or selling opportunities and would recommend him to others who are looking. Thank you!

William and his team did a great job getting our home sold. We saw above-normal viewings and had an offer within 2 weeks of putting the house on the market. Overall, excellent experience.

William was very professional and very helpful and understood the market and what we were looking for to buy. He was always available for any questions or concerns.

Very honest, very knowledgeable person who knows what he is doing and gives a 100 percent

I had spent over a month searching for a home in my state with a different person helping me and was frustrated after not making any progress. When I decided to look out of state and found William online I was anxious about the process, especially given that I am a first time homebuyer. William went to the property I was interested in within two hours of me reaching out and he continued to be extremely responsive, quick, professional, and helpful throughout the remainder of the process. He made me feel comfortable, patiently dealt with the many questions that I had throughout, and was an effective partner in dealing with some of the issues we encountered along the way. We ended up closing on that first property I had found and the process went almost exactly how William said it would on our first phone call. He did a great job and I feel that he is a trustworthy person to work with. I'd happily work with him again and would comfortably recommend him to friends.

Very thoughtful and professional team. It’s been very grateful work with William Kretzer and Tong Zhang.

William is a rock star! He worked with us to sell our home of 12 years for top dollar after a bidding war AND find us our next home in a super tight sellers market which we bought with a contingency! William went above and beyond to market our old home to get as much interest as possible. We had over 70 showings and an open house that garnered us 17 offers, all above asking. We had so many offers we were able to be very picky to find the exact right one that met all our needs. Even before we sold our old home, William worked hard to find us the right home to buy for our next family home. He got us in to see all the homes we were interested in and we ended up finding the perfect one. He helped us put together a super strong offer, even with a contingency. He is an expert communicator, checking in with us in the status of where we were and keeping up updated on pending offers. He answered all of our questions quickly and completely. We highly recommend William to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He is the best and will work super hard on your behalf. He is a rock star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
