We warned William ahead of time that we were not going to be easy because we had some very specific things we wanted to find in our new home. And we held true to that but William was patient, understanding and worked hard to find us what we were looking for. What made it worse was we were looking on a completely different side of town from where he lived so he had some long commutes to show us houses. But we finally found what we wanted and William was with us every step of the process and helped us get through it. He also sold our house, too, and that went much more smoothly than I would have anticipated, especially during COVID. I would absolutely recommend William to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home.
