DJ was very patient throughout the process. He's got a gentle touch and a no-pressure attitude. He printed out comparables for the area so we'd know what to expect and gave us a link to the MLS system to do searches. DJ was meticulous about the process. He handled all communication with the seller, found a top-notch company to take a look at the property, and made sure all concerns were addressed and some minor repairs were made. We also negotiated down the price a bit, and he was very helpful with that. He provided valuable contacts (affordable) for insurance, warrantees, and water system. He even changed all the locks in the house for us -- as a gift for our business. It's a year later, and we couldn't be happier!
