We worked with DJ to purchase a condo in late 2014/early 2015 (The plan was to sell our house and then purchase a smaller condo -- which we did within 6 weeks, thanks to DJ.) We had some very specific wants/needs -- certain price range, layout, preferred ZIP code, etc. Although at first it looked like we wouldn't be able to afford what we wanted, we wound up with an excellent property -- very close to what we'd dreamed of, which was amazing since most people told us we couldn't come close. DJ was very patient throughout the process. He's got a gentle touch and a no-pressure attitude. He printed out comparables for the area so we'd know what to expect and gave us a link to the MLS system to do searches. DJ was meticulous about the process. He handled all communication with the seller, found a top-notch company to take a look at the property, and made sure all concerns were addressed and some minor repairs were made. We also negotiated down the price a bit, and he was very helpful with that. He provided valuable contacts (affordable) for insurance, warrantees, and water system. He even changed all the locks in the house for us -- as a gift for our business. It's a year later, and we couldn't be happier!
