Made our buying experiences really easy and fun. He presented properties that fit exactly what we were looking for. He knows value and he knows this market! William knows a lot about properties and what to look for. He recommended getting inspections from some really good local contractors that made sure we didn’t have hidden surprises. Most of all I really appreciate his help long after the purchase has been made. Our first home in 2017 through our most recent purchase in 2020 have all been great experiences. When he says “This is a good deal” you better listen. He does not say it often but when he does that home won’t be on the market more than a day. Bottom line, he knows value and is passionate about his work.
