If you need a house you need William! If you're new to the area and need a house you can't survive without him. I moved down from Central Texas and knew nothing about the area. William not only found my house, he taught me about wind storm insurance, knew a contractor when I wanted to change a couple things, and when my insurance company was holding up closing he politely asked if he could give them a call. Half hour later I got a txt from him saying the paperwork would be delivered later that same day. He never stopped helping me. When his work was done and we sat waiting to sign at closing, there he was with one arm in cast from a recent fall doing research on the best utility companies for me. Lol. Thank you, William!!
