My name is William Humphrey, and I am a new and excited REALTOR®. I am a native of Montgomery, Alabama. I have an associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Resource and Technology Management from Troy University. I joined ARC Realty December 2018 after being licensed October 2018. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors®. My passion for real estate ignited after I purchased my first home over 10 years ago. My REALTOR® was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. This quickly piqued my interest. The desire to be resilient and self-motivated while helping to build a realistic future dream home for my client is very important. My hard work and dedication extend professionally beyond aspiring to become a great and selfless realtor. I retired from the Alabama Air National Guard in Feb 2022, where I've served for over 20 years. I have completed five tours overseas in the war against terrorism. The sacrifice I've made to my country "to serve and to protect" is the same sacrifice I'll serve my clients with. My commitment to honor my country has allowed me to be diverse and cherish the friendships, life's lessons and gained experiences I've inherited along the way. The military has given me the communication skills, attention to detail, discipline and structure I need to be determined and successful in meeting the needs of my clients while embracing this real estate journey. I have to thank the military for assisting me in meeting my beautiful wife Angela of 15 years who has served in the military for over 21 years. Two of my greatest treasures are the love of God and the love of my family. My mother taught me to never shy away from an opportunity to learn and excel. Humility is one of the greatest lessons she has taught me. It has kept me grounded and focused. My next treasures are traveling, electronics and motorcycles. This is my first year in real estate and I'm committed and eager to assist of all my potential clients in finding or selling their home from start to finish.
