He gave us tips to prepare the house to better help him present it and told us exactly what he was planning to do. He also gave us his honest opinion of what the house was going to sell for so that we would not be having false hopes or great expectations on what would happen. He listed the house. It was shown to 13 different prospective buyers over a 2 day period. We received 6 offers to buy the property. We chose the one best for us and closed within a 10 day period. We sold the house for twice what we thought we would get and $5K over the asking price. I highly recommend Bill Hormann and will call upon him again when next I need a realtor.
