Veteran realtor who had top-dollar contract on our house in only 10 days
Bill is highly experienced in and knowledgable of the housing market in Bowie/Crofton area of MD. He priced our house higher than we expected and we had an offer within 4 days of listing and a signed contract in only 10 days. The average time on the market at the time was 78 days! The agreed sales price was 99.5% of asking price! Bill’s effective communication style is straight-forward, just the facts, no nonsense. He is very professional, easy to work with and knows the local market exceptionally well. We highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Maryland.
