When we met Bill he was able to show us homes that made it easy for us to make a decision. We made an offer on a home on within a week. This was a great experience. It was a bit stressful but we manage to find the perfect home. Home buying is not as easy as I thought when your looking for pricing, location, school district etc.. Howevere, William is awsome, he is good at what he do. I would not have been able to find the perfect house without his help. He is very patient, knowledgeabl, and kind. Mr. William "Bill" Harris was absolutely amazing! My husband and I interviewed a few agents to sell our home. Honestly, he was selected before we even finished interviewing him because he was very confident and driven. He was very easy to talk to and extremely professional. His portfolio was absolutely AMAZING- we knew he would get the job done! We loved his entire process. He was very selective when showing our home and we were really appreciative. We have small children and he really respected it by not having people flow through our home daily. His process was very, very controlled. He never placed a lockbox at our home - which was very different - but, we liked it. It assured us that he would be responsible for our home. He always arrived 30 minutes prior to all showings which speaks volumes as far as preparedness. Bill is an awesome communicator. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. The best real estate agent that I have come across. He is very knowledgeable about the Atlanta market and helped us with buying our home in Acworth. He listened to our requirements and showed us homes that had what we were looking for. He helped us with the closing process. When we had to sell our house to move out of town due to my job requirements, again, he came to our home and listened to us. He then had a professional photographer take the pictures of the home and arranged an open house. As before, he helped us with all the details of closing process and sent an agent to the actual closing. Simply amazing!
