(Example) While he was showing my wife and I a house that wasn't his listing I asked a question about the property that he wasn't sure about, I noticed a few minutes later he was on the phone getting my answer. He is laid back and easy to talk to. William Gay made the buying process very easy and took the time to explain in detail any issues we had.
