Our 4000 square foot condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Marco Island had been in our family for over 25 years. It had not been updated in all that time and was in need of some tender loving care prior to listing. Bill handled the entire process of hiring painters, choosing new carpeting, arranging for the donation of unneeded furniture, and then staging the condo for showing. Bill seems to know the right people to get just about anything done in a hurry. In addition, we felt that he understood that selling our family's beachfront condo was a difficult decision and he was always empathetic throughout the process.
