Bill has been great from day one! My wife and I were looking at a house with a very unorganized agent. The other agent told us he was given the wrong code for a house so he was going to make a phone call, Then he jumped in his car and left. My wife and I called him 15mins later with no response. So my wife said "I'm calling the selling agent", and that's when we met Bill. Bill listened to all of our "wants" and "needs" in a home and he made sure to send us all home info fitting the criteria. It was a pleasure working with Bill, he was quick to respond, quick to set up home viewings, and very knowledgeable with the current market trends.

My wife and I were looking to buy a condo quickly. Our rental lease was ending in less than two months so were referred to Bill. Within three days of contacting Bill, he had already found a perfect condo that had just gone on the market. He scheduled a visit for that weekend and we loved it so much we came back multiple times. Bill helped us through the entire process and we submitted an offer that was accepted the following day. He then guided us through the escrow process, giving advice and coordinating all of the steps along the way. In the end we got the keys just in time to move out of our rental unit. Bill's knowledge of the area was essential in providing us with a beautiful home we plan to stay in for years. I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a home in the SoCal area.
