Wish we would have had more guidance in setting the initial price

We really wanted this home, but the deal kept falling through for different reasons including the bank, the condo association, the owner’s reluctance to pay added condo fees, etc. Each time Willy managed to save the deal and to protect our purchase agreement by negotiating with the seller and his agent. Willy also sold our former house. Selling and buying is a stressful process but thanks to Willy we did it!
