Bill assisted me with purchasing a home that I had NEVER seen in person in Sicklerville, NJ. I was living in Virginia (still am) and my father was dying in New Jersey. The closing was on April 14, 2011, and my father journeyed to Heaven at 8:52 a.m. on April 15, 2011. I still HAD NEVER SEEN THE HOME! Bill was AMAZING! He paid for the fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector to ensure I would meet the requirements for settlement.. HE THEN CAME TO THE HOSPITAL to give me the keys and the papers from settlements to make my life easier: I hired an attorney to represent me at at settlement because I am an English teacher in Virigina. My father was still lying dead in the hospital room, and Bill willingly and compassionately showed up with the keys, the papers and donuts for my family. I cannot say enough good things about him.
