Principal and Group Leader of The Chea Group, William (Will) Chea, is a Bay Area established Real Estate agent, manager, and trainer. He has over 18 years’ experience as a full-time real estate professional in multifaceted real estate transactions including new construction sales, residential land, residential re-sale, short-sales, REO, probate, and real estate investments to name a few.
Many real estate agents think their most important job is satisfying the customer. Will does not believe that is true. Will believes that satisfying the customer is the MINIMUM requirement for staying in business. His team is constantly working to improve their systems, processes, and services to go well beyond the standard level of service provided by most agents.
Will serves on the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR) as a member of the Board of Directors and served as the SCCAOR Vice President in 2019. Will also serves as a California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.) Director. He has held several leadership roles on the State level and is currently the Vice-Chair of the Standard Forms Advisory Committee.
Will grew up in the Bahamas and is married to his patient and beautiful wife Patricia. Will enjoys spending time with his son Edward, watching the New York Yankees, and cooking wonderful meals at home.
