Overall I would rate William at a 4.5. Good experience working with William.

I viewed this home a couple of months before I closed on it. Initially, I walked away from the proposition, but was always interested. William kept me in his network of clients, and called me up with the unexpected news that the home was placed back on the market. Luckily he was able to get me back in line to place a backup offer, which proved to be fruitful. The seller accepted my offer and also provided a buyer credit on top of the discounted offer. Although there was a communication breakdown dealing with special taxes that were disclosed after the loan preapproval process. I felt like this should have been in conjunction with the bottom line numbers from a buyer's perspective. More importantly, William was able to work with the loan officers to negotiate a successful closure.
