I am so fortunate to have been referred to William to help me sell my deceased sister's co-op. Living 3,000 miles away, I had to put my trust in someone and although I haven't had the opportunity to meet William in person, I always felt well taken care of from our first phone conversation. Being so far away, communication, honesty, and trust were very important to me and William was always there for me every step of the way. He took the time to get to know me and listen to me. He understood what I was going through, grieving the loss of my sister and the frustration of having to rely on others to do their job in getting the co-op ready to sell. He found a buyer in no time, during the pandemic no less, and knew exactly how to work with the management company of the co-op, and navigate through all of their rules and regulations, not an easy task. I can't say enough good things about William. He is kind, understanding, professional in every way, and extremely knowledgeable in NY real estate.
