Excellent and very professional Agent. Used him in 2015 and just used his services to sell the Compton house. Went above and beyond what was required of him. From early morning to late at night Mr. Baird stayed in contact and made sure I stayed up to date with paperwork and legal paperwork that had to be signed. Put me in contact contractors that took care of the home repairs and up grades that the city codes required. We were very happy with the work Mr. Baird performed.

We had the pleasure of working with Bill from May through July in 2022, during which time he helped us sell our home. The selling process wasn't smooth, several unexpected issues came up during this time. Bill helped us navigated through these difficult process. Bill was instrumental in closing the deal and getting us the highest price possible. He minimized our costs and frustration, and anticipated a few issues before they came up. We could always count on him to help us work through an issue. He is honest and sincere. He is hardworking, and worked very well with us, buyers, and buyer agents. He put our benefit before his own and even offered to shoulder some of the costs out of his pocket. Bill is thoughtful, he never rushed me, and he was willing to entertain any idea I had. Bill even talked me out of houses that he didn't think would be a good fit for me. He truly cares about the outcome of my home purchases. I have used him to buy two houses and both times he advocated for me with the other agents and helped strategize so I could get the homes I wanted. Bill has become a dear friend and I trust him to watch out for me completely.

He was always very professional and spent as much time as needed to be sure I understood each and every step of the sale of my home. However on a personal note; while still very professional, Bill was very kind, thoughtful and patient while helping me through the loss of my husband which made selling our home a very difficult time for me.
