William Backes

William listened to our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect home. Answered all of our questions or pointed us into the direction of someone that had more knowledge when it came to very specific once. We had absolutely wonderful time working with William and his company.

William was very responsive to me throughout my buying experience. If I called or texted him, he responded if not immediately, very quickly. He listened to what I wanted in a house and found a perfect fit. He helped me to find a respected inspector for my home inspection. I really feel that William will do right by any buyer looking. I had a rough closing and William went the extra mile with me. Sitting in the title office with me for over an hour.

I have purchased several properties over the years using different real estate agents and William Backes is by far the best! He is so thorough and detailed oriented. He has amazing communication skills and is very responsive. He has a great personality and really worked hard to meet our unique real estate needs.
