I can’t say enough good things about William and the man that he is. Ever since our first conversation, he has been genuinely interested in what is most important to me, and always takes the time to go the extra mile. I can say with honesty that he is a true professional, and I would recommend him to any and all friends + family that are looking to buy or sell real estate!
William was great to work with. He is super knowledgeable and works hard to help with whatever your needs are. He has several contacts to set you up with from lenders to contractors. I highly recommend William for home buying. Would definitely use him in the future!
Very knowledgeable about the market. Gave me options I hadn’t even considered.
If you are looking for THE BEST information or advice in realty I recommend William Andes! He is professional, well educated and experienced, and generous with helpful information and resources. Thanks again!
Couldn’t have had a better experience. William doesn’t just stick a sign in your yard and hope for the best. He gets out there and puts the work in and sells your place. We couldn’t have been happier.
I recently had the opportunity to connect with William Andes, and it was clear that his approach to real estate is both thoughtful and professional. He understands the significant impact of buying or selling a home and the responsibilities that come with it. If you’re navigating the market, he could be a valuable resource, as his focus appears to be on helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals. It’s great to see his commitment to delivering quality service. Best wishes to William as he continues to support his clients!
Working William Andes to buy my investment property was a great experience! He’s a man of high integrity who’s there to support and educate, not push you into making your decision. It definitely was a pleasure working with him.
William helped my wife and I sell our house, which we closed on today. William has been a guiding light through this whole process. He has made selling a home as stress free as it can be by being there at every step and going above and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable. William comes with my highest recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
I had the pleasure of meeting with William Andes recently and I can speak highly enough about his professionalism and service to any and all who he comes across. William is an intentional person who recognizes the importance of home ownership and the pressure that comes with it. You should consider him if you’re looking to either sell or buy because he will make sure you find the right place to ensure you are satisfied with your investment. Keep up the good work, William!
My husband and I were totally clueless on how to sell our house! We have a special needs child and wanted to move back to my husbands home state of Michigan for support. William came over and gave us helpful suggestions to make the most out of the sale of our house, while keeping our budget in mind. In fact, he helped us come in UNDER budget. William did everything in his power and exceeded any expectations I had. He really made our dream happen and for that we will be forever thankful. If you have limited time, funds, or just want someone you know will fight for you and make sure you're happy/understand everything happening- William is your guy! He is very realistic, sensible, hardworking, and genuine. I promise you- you'll never find another realtor like him!
Apologies for the length of the review, but we had a lengthy experience. For context, my mother- a 64 year old recently retired special education teacher of over 30 years, was needing to sell her home. My dad passed away in March 2023, and the 5 acres of land and 90 year old farm house was just really too much for her to keep up with. I’m 35-40 minutes one way away from the house, so it was a bit untenable. However, this is a home that’s been in my family for over 60 years, so there was a lot of emotion involved in finally putting it up for sale. The house needed a lot of work, but the property itself is beautiful, so it was going to be hard to part with. William was recommended to me by my cousin, and it turned out to be the best introduction we could’ve had. However, I don’t think any of us were prepared for the journey we were about to go on. We listed in Nov. 23. We’d done a lot of decluttering to the property to help get it ready- and William even went so far as to one day donate some of his own time to clear some brush we’d cut down. Unheard of for a realtor!
