We wanted to list our house with a Company that is IN the local area and knew the market. William was our agent and led me on some tips to get it ready and had a contract within one week. The buyer attempted to have the price dropped a significant amount right before closing on the same day. William addressed that in such a professional manner, the sale went through as was. We are seniors, not very tech minded as the processes are today. He was patient and very helpful all the way.
