Long distance relocation made easier!

We began working with Will and Laura when we first started entertaining a move from Arizona to Idaho. They were great from the first conversation in sharing about the area and listening to what were looking for, and they vetted an agent in Arizona to assist with our sale. (He was also amazing) When we visited Idaho for a weekend, we were lucky to spend a day looking at homes and checking out areas we might want to call home. These fun adventures in house hunting included a rope guided hike to river access for a property, getting turned around with closed roads, and suggestions for great places to eat! It was a fun time. When we left, we had no idea that our home would sell in 2 days and we needed to seriously search. Will and Laura visited homes and made videos for us to view on houses. They were honest and helpful, and took into account what we were looking for. When we found a house we were interested in, they were helpful in the process, working well with the other agent, inspectors, appraiser, loan officer, and title company. We felt very in the loop and excited to be buying a home we have never physically been to. Will and Laura are genuinely kind people and a lot of fun to work with. We are grateful for their help in finding our paradise and we are looking forward to the 1600 mile move to north Idaho! we highly recommend Will and Laura for realtors and plan to use them again when we move to the forever property in a few years.
