Early in out search we found a home that we wanted to put an offer in on, at this point we could have put the offer in and he would have been done showing us homes, instead, he pointed out a couple things and gave me his honest opinion. To be honest, I didnt want to hear these things because I didnt think I would find a better home, but we decided to take the day and think about what he said. After alot of thought we decided not to put an offer in because the points he brought up were true, and this home would not have worked for us in the future. Now because of this, he had to show us about 20 more houses which he didnt mind and we am very glad he did because we found the perfect house.
