Will was great to work with during our home search. We did not make it easy on him either! We were traveling from out of state with a short window of time to look at homes and make an offer. Leading up to the trip he answered all of our questions on the community and helped us identify the right neighborhoods. Will had a plethora of knowledge of the local schools, restaurants, and up and coming community developments. He is a family man and it shows on how he takes care of his customers. He was always available for questions and gave us his honest opinions on the homes we visited. When it came time to make an offer he gave us great advice but never put pressure on us to go outside of our comfort zone. With his help the buyers accepted our first offer and he was there every step of the way to make sure there were no issues. We highly recommend working with Will! Thanks Will!

We bought a house sight unseen based on Will’s understanding of our needs, our key drivers, and our financials…he checked all the boxes with his recommendations. Will took the time to educate us on the market, was transparent on valuations, locations, and pros/cons of each property he presented. The house we ultimately landed on exceeded our expectations. He took the time to video not only the house, but also the “view” as he walked to house (in the pouring rain) from street, and the surrounding homes. Our house was bid on by 3 others and his skill at negotiating on our behalf was critical to our securing the house. He combined his understanding of the current homeowner’s needs with our flexibility to craft a winning bid that both buyer and seller felt great about.
