Have worked with Will on the sale of two homes - a friend’s and my personally-owned. The rating on Will’s skills and knowledge should not be taken as a shortcoming at excellence which they are, but rather one minor shortcoming with developing an eye-catching video/virtual tour and accompanying description of the properties. Will was always available 24/7 in managing offers and counter-offers as well as providing professional guidance when evaluating them. The concluding sales proceeded without problems.

Will completed a market analysis which supported the price he suggested for our home. He provided details for indoor and outdoor appeal which enhanced the appearance of our home. He had 1 open house and received a full priced contract within a week. During the selling process he showed us many homes which enabled us to find a home to purchase also. All happened in a timely manner and my husband and I were thrilled!!!!!!
