Will did an excellent job helping us find a new home in Durham. He worked with us remotely to come up with a short list of available homes based on our criteria. Then we came to Durham and spent a few days looking at the most promising homes before deciding to purchase one. Will was helpful during the entire process. He negotiated with the seller to get us a good price and for the seller to cover most of the closing costs. He recommended a home inspector who did a very thorough job. He also personally marked items for repair with blue tape since we were not in Durham at that time. We closed remotely and Will was there with the keys when we finally arrived from California. The whole buying process was smooth and Will gave us lots of good advice and looked out for our best interests. I would highly recommend Will and would definitely work with him again if I ever need to buy or sell a house in the Durham area.
