House got offer in one day, multiple showings it was almost non stop showing on day 1

House got offer in one day, multiple showings it was almost non stop showing on day 1. it was undercontract in 2 days and got sold very quick, I would like to have little better negotiation on repairs, but unfortunately, I was in need of money so I was fine with it. All in all, I am happy to have it sold quickly.
