We hired Wilken to assist me in selling our home, and it was the best decision. From the first day, Wilken was there to help answer any questions or concerns, and he was excellent at communicating with us. On the rare occasion he wasn't able to answer the phone, he promptly returned all phone messages, texts and emails. He helped guide us through the negotiation process, inspections, appraisal and all of the necessary paperwork. Wilken was excellent at working with the buyer's realtor and title company to expedite the closing which took place right on time. I will definitely be a repeat client and I highly recommend Wilken to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He is definitely someone you want in your corner!
