A true professional. Buying a home is a transaction between parties, but most of all it is personal life changed experience. Only an agent who has a vast understanding of human psychology, social rules, cultural codes is capable of dealing with such complicated events that lead to buying or selling a house. Wilhelm helped me buy a home through Covid 19, when no agent in Los Angeles was willing to leave the house, Wilhelm with all required care did not back off. If you want your dream house, work with Wilhelm. He's super punctual, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and simply put the best support you could ask for in the entire process. He doesn't step back after you move in into your dream house. I've been bugging him with home warranty and so many other questions after moving in. Wilhelm always patiently opens up my file and finds the right answers pertaining to my property in no time (something I could do, but I simply rely on him more). Wilhelm has unlimited patience and will go above and beyond to review all of your selected properties with you, advise on pros and cons and educate on all the tricky items and lingo the real estate world has created. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through with my 2nd property with the last-minute offer, all the inspections and contingencies, the loan approval, but he made sure the entire process was very smooth and seamless for me. Wilhelm was even next to me when signing the escrow closing documents at 6:30am, since I had to be at work at 8am. His negotiation skills is what got me the property in the first place. He then helped me rent my 1st property out to a very trusted individual, who literally moved in the next day we moved out. I've been recommending him to all my friends and family looking to buy, and so far, everyone has only been raving about him.
