Wil saved the day!!!! This was by far the worst selling experience I have ever had due to buyers unwillingness to budge on ANYTHING. Wil was professionally handled the situation with ease. Even until the final day of signing he was at our house helping get everything in order to accommodate the buyers unrealistic expectations to make sure closing was successful. I can't say enough good things about him. If Wil wasn't our realtor I'm 100% positive the sale of my home would not have happened involving these buyers. Our family will use him again if we ever move. Rachel is beyond organized. Anything we needed done she was on her game making phone calls and setting up everything. This is one AMAZING TEAM!
