WILBUR helped the reviewer buy this property

Very knowledgeable, flexible with communication to fit client's needs, and very professional

I recommend Mr. Wilbur Hite to anyone in the area who's wanting to buy property or a home. He is very timely with replies and was willing to do everything over the phone and email since I live further away. He is very knowledgeable and professional. As a first-time buyer, I had a LOT of questions and he was able to answer them and help me out a lot. I really appreciate everything he did for us!
