Whitney from the very beginning of the process was enthusiastic and willing to help in any area that she could! On our first call she spent 30 or so minutes just asking me questions about myself, wants, needs, and potential future plans. At first i wasn't sure why but as we got further into the home searching process it all made sense. As we looked through each house she would point out things for me to consider that were fits or non-fits based on that first call we had. It just showed how much attention to detail she puts into knowing her clients. This helped me to better focus on what houses to go see and what to pass on. Then as we toured the homes she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate effectively. Once we finally found the home for me well Whitney kicked it into high gear and made the closing process extremely easy all things considered. She helped me find inspectors, schedule appointments, and review everything we got back. Then she made sure to stay in contact with me on everything that I needed to get done so on day of closing it finalized without a hitch. Let me tell you it worked! I couldn't imagine working with anyone other than Whitney.
