Whitney Noble has negotiated the purchase of multiple lots and a house for me in the coastal bend. Every transaction has closed on time and her knowledge of the coastal bend has been paramount to our ability to negotiate the price I felt comfortable with. Likewise, she has been very understanding when negotiations do not reach my comfort zone, rather than attempting some "Used Car Salesman" tactics to close the deal.
