Whitney is literally a pot of gold! I had a lot of complications that occurred during the process of trying to buy my first home. Not only did Whitney stay on top of the situations, but gave some of the best reassurance ever! To me, that was extremely important because of I can't trust that my realtor has my back, than who? Whitney also pays deep attention to detail and made sure that the houses I viewed were in my range of idea instead of forcing me to look or purchase something just to have it done. I was introduced to Whitney by my mom who recently purchased a home in December 2021. Purchasing a home was always a goal that I had for myself but I was little apprehensive due wanting to just take my time and not overwhelm myself with searching for the perfect home. Whitney was patient and kind very knowledgeable. We looked at 19 houses in 3 day. I put an offer in one day and the very next morning I woke up to a text message from Whitney saying our offer was accepted. Throughout the process of being approved all the way to the process of closing she held my hand and walked me through everything step by step with no problems. When we had questions about the house she got in touch with the selling agent and made sure I had my answer before the day was over. She checked on us every few days to see how we was doing and if we needed anything. She also kept us posted on everything that was going on. We just closed 3 days ago and I have already recommended Whitney to several friends and family. She is the best!
