Excellent experience!

I am so grateful that I found Ms. Kane. I randomly reached out to her for basic information gathering as I was not sure I was ready to look for a property. She insisted on helping me regardless if I was buying or not. She offered insight and issues to be considered. I proceeded with looking for a property. In spite of the low end of the price range she treated me as if I was buying a million dollar property. (I have purchased other homes in the past so I know the difference in an agent that is interested in a sale and an agent that really is looking out for my best interest. I looked at one property that Ms. Kane called and told me she encouraged me not to pursue. The comps were not in my favor and she felt that property was not in my best interest. We kept looking. As properties came up I was free to reach out to her at any time with questions. She was ALWAYS prompt with responses. She helped me find a lender that was right for me. She took it upon herself to find out information for me regarding septic and well issues that I would not have known to ask about. She helped me find the right agent for the homeowners insurance. I never felt pressured to buy. If anything I was constantly reminded to do what was best for me. The entire process was seamless as she was on top of everything. I am so grateful that I took a chance on a realtor I had no previous experience with. My son may be moving back to Florida in the near future. I already told him he has to call Ms Kane if he does move back to this area. He will be in the best possible hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home and need to know their best interests are given the highest priority.
