It had been 29 years since we were in the market for a home. We were not anywhere up to speed on how real estate works now. Whitney understood this and went out of her way to help explain and make us feel at ease. She allowed us to take our time making the decision to sell our home and find a new one. During the sell of our home there were a few small stumbling blocks but she never flinched, she helped us work through them even on the day of closing. The home we wanted was under contract, she stayed in touch with the agent and found out that it was back on the market. With the knowledge and contacts she has we were able to get the home and septic tank inspected (septic tank needed repairs) quickly. Got the contract together for the home and we were able to close in less than a month. We would say that Whitney's knowledge, communication and professionalism is OUTSTANDING.
