We wanted to wait until we were settled with our beautiful babies in our new home to fully process and appreciate, then absolutely commend you! Our beautiful family sold our last home and closed on the new one right before Thanksgiving. This time of year, even without a squirrely and unpredictable market/holidays, is HARD. Through vacations, school districts, career changes, and everything in between... Whitley guided us through. She worked with our bank, employers, lenders, sellers, buyers, inspectors, and literally our own doubts to facilitate a seamless and safe transition. We NEVER felt as though we were a client on a list. We had very niche and demanding questions, and Whitley viewed them as personal and loving questions that added to her expertise. As the market fluctuated, Whitley somehow had the time and space to explain the analytics and offer incredible wisdom (I've made a living as a financial analyst, the comfort of this statement cannot be translated into words 😂😅). When we finally decided on our forever home, she diligently educated us on long-term costs and relentlessly negotiated as much as she could at closing. Idk how but when I look at my beautiful windows I love my realtor 😂 jk but really! Whitley, you have a gift!
