Whitley is great! We moved from halfway across the country and had to do most of the process remotely (including scheduling contractors getting into the property) she made it so easy and despite the countless hours of showings, inspections, and contractors needing a person on site. She always coordinated it and drove a county away just to sit there for us! Whitley was so amazing to work with! She’s very responsive (even when I was texting her at all hours to include weekends). She was very knowledgeable about the market and what we needed to do prior to listing if we wanted to get max price for our home. We had an offer on our home within 2 days of listing!
