Not living in MA, I expected the process for buying a property on the outer Cape to be utterly burdensome. Not just because of the RE process in general, but because of the distance. Amanda was excellent from the start to finish. She understood our needs & wants up front, set expectations appropriately and flexed with our schedule the entire time. She not only understood the ins and outs of the process, but was extremely resourceful. She was able to provide us a choice of multiple (and trusted) 3rd parties needed at the different steps required (attorney, lenders, inspectors, HVAC contractors, locksmiths, etc. which saved us a bunch of time and worry. Further, she kept us on the rails with the right reminders at the right time of things we needed to get done and when, and which documents we would get in the process and what they all meant. Most importantly, we never felt any pressure - Amanda was super patient, accommodating with our time, and was a great partner throughout. We couldn't have done this without her and would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone without question. Job well done and we love our new home!
