Working with Westley and his team was a great experience! He was very patient with us and never felt pressured on making a decision. I was very particular on what I was looking for in a house and we did not live close to Orange County. He was very flexible and worked on our schedule when we were able to make it down to OC to look at houses. I felt he was honest and gave us good advise when considering houses. I am happy with the house and location that we ended up with and we got the house way under asking price! When we first put the offer in, I was totally expecting a counter offer but he called and said he was able to negotiate the sellers not to counter offer if they left a few things as is that he knew we were planning on changing anyway. I was so happy!! He is very connected so whenever I asked him for a recommendation, he provided one and they all have been great. He and his team respond quickly with emails, phone calls, and texts. I would definitley recommend the Westley Willams Group!
