I contacted Wes after seeing a sign of his on another home in an area where I was going to be selling this townhouse, at the same time I was handling another nearby property for my nephews and nieces following my mother's death. I decided list both properties with Wes and was EXTREMELY pleased with the manner he handled all the details. He worked seamlessly with the current renters of the property who decided to buy. The sale involved in current resident and out of town funders. He managed all the details between the buyers, the title company and myself. He kept me informed and responded to any questions I had. Both properties had sales pending within a couple weeks of listing and closed within a month. I was very satisfied with the sales, his attention to details and professionalism.
