Wes Williams is very knowledgeable in his field. He is personable, honest and confident. Wes went above and beyond for us and helped move thru the many frustrations of the Escrow and closing processes and so much more. We bought our home via FaceTime with Wes as our Agent. We lost our home in CA due to wildfire and lost everything. It was not possible for us to travel to Kentucky to look and buy a home. Wes was assigned to us by Zillow. It turned out he lives in the neighborhood and was able to make us confident to moving to a neighborhood site unseen. He was also able to give us the history of the home we’re buying. Wes took on arranging Pest Inspection, Home Inspection, and Septic clean out and was in constant contact all along the way. He made time to open our home for furniture delivery and even had the lawn mowed as we traveled from CA to Kentucky. He checked our mail daily and kept eye on things for us. He even offered to take some time to show us around our area when we arrived to help us find good places to buy furniture etc knowing we knew nothing about where we were moving to and had nothing to set up our new hone. Wes was available to us around the clock especially with a 3 hour time difference. He was such a pleasure to work with. I could say so much more, but know this “If you work with Wes, you will come to know him as a “Good and caring Friend”. We get to call him our friend and neighbor!
