More than expected!
We were recommended Wes from our lender and he really went above and beyond for us. We were living out of state at the time of home buying, so he conducted several house tours via FaceTime. In the end, we ended up purchasing a property out of foreclosure which was not in our plan at all! It was very complicated, ever changing and required additional work for Wes. He was very patient with us, communicative and honest. We couldn’t have gotten our home without his help. He knows the Northern Virginia area like the back of his hand and I would recommend him over and over again.
