Buying a new home comes with a lot of questions and a lot stress! From the first time we met Wes he made us feel comfortable and answered the million questions we had. He has resources for everything we needed. Finance people, title company, home inspectors, packers, he has people that he has worked with and he trusts. Not one of them was a bad recommendation. Wes was calm and always available to help us in our journey to our new home. When I say we looked at multiple homes we looked at everything from Grand Colonials to Goat Farms! The radius spanned from Northern Virginia to over a 50 mile radius in all directions! Never once did he try to pressure us. He had asked for our “ wants “ before starting the process and made sure that we kept them in mind when something new and shiny but probably completely unnecessary was in a house. He was the always willing to hear our vision for a space. When it came time to negotiate on our new forever home his guidance was priceless.
