Wes and his team are the local experts in our neighborhood so choosing him was a no-brainer! He was spot-on with what he thought we could get for our home and how long he thought it might take to sell the property. He also was correct with few, inexpensive suggestions he made regarding fixes that needed made before listing our home. Wes adds a calming confidence to the already stressful experience of moving.
