On time and resourceful, a consummate professional. When the VA appraisal came in over 3% low, Wes challenged the appraisal and the appraiser raised the appraisal by over 3%. This allowed the sale to go through on schedule. I have never seen a successful challenge before. Watching Wes drive for the right answer and make the closing possible was a great experience. The market has softened on homes in our price range so it took longer to sell than expected. Wes remained certain he would sell out home and he went above and beyond.
