Wes was an absolutely incredible realtor. He always goes above and beyond to help with all aspects of buying and selling. He fought to get us the best price on our home as well as on the local appraisal. He also negotiated several months of rent-back to give us the freedom we needed in our home buying search. He effortlessly navigated all the ins-and-outs of buying and selling a home and made the entire process fun, accessible, and easy to understand. He also had great connections to excellent service providers when we needed to make repairs or upgrades on our home prior to selling. On time and resourceful, a consummate professional. When the VA appraisal came in over 3% low, Wes challenged the appraisal and the appraiser raised the appraisal by over 3%. This allowed the sale to go through on schedule. I have never seen a successful challenge before. Watching Wes drive for the right answer and make the closing possible was a great experience. The market has softened on homes in our price range so it took longer to sell than expected. Wes remained certain he would sell out home and he went above and beyond. I have bought and sold several homes and many times people just collect a check and I think to myself that they did nothing I couldn’t have done myself. In my case there’s no way I could have done it myself and Wes went above and beyond. I see why he sells so many homes. He puts his heart and soul into his work and it shows. Highly recommend and SO happy to have sold my house.
