Through his networking with other realtors he was able to share our house & it sold to the very first family at asking price. There was an issue with the appraisal and Wes stayed up working late to get a rebuttal sent over to the lender/appraiser. Thanks to his due diligence and going the extra mile the problem was solved but could have ultimately been a HUGE issue.
