We were looking to provide a permanent home for our adult daughter who had been going through an extended difficult stretch, so we weren't exactly the happiest of home searchers. Wes sized up the situation pretty quickly and--with his extensive knowledge of the local market--found us a suitable place that had the features we considered essential and within our budget. It's a fixer-upper, but Wes has an extensive network of contacts, including repair and remodeling contractors so the place is looking pretty darn good.
